How can I browse the site?

The site provides the Build your Fiat option, which is available on the Home Page or in the Showroom section: while browsing, you will find all the information you need to help you choose your new Fiat, or you can find out more about your chosen model. At the end, you can contact a Dealer, without obligation, to ask for further information.

All you have to do is register with the site, giving your details (name, surname, address, etc.). You can then choose the Dealer you want, which will contact you as soon as possible.

On the Home Page or in the Showroom section you can browse through the Fiat range; for every car you will find two links:
Find out more: taking you to a page describing the main characteristics of each model;
Build your Fiat: taking you to the first step for personalising your Fiat, where you can see pop-up screens for the various Versions, Engines, Standard Equipment and options, with information about each version of the chosen model.
You can consult and print out this information before personalising your very own Fiat.

Can I test drive the car I've chosen?
|
When you have finished personalising your Fiat, you can use the Book a test drive service to request a test drive in your chosen model from the Dealer you want to contact.
The Test drive service, which you can also reach from the site's main browsing menu, allows you to book a test drive in one of the available Fiat models, even if you do not want to personalise that model. Just complete the form and you will be contacted as soon as possible by your chosen Fiat Dealer confirming the date of the test drive.

Can I see the vehicle's technical specifications?

The option that lets you see details of the car also provides you with clear, brief pages listing all the technical data for each individual model, from the mechanical specifications to the safety equipment.

In the Build your Fiat option you will find a page with the range of colours available for each model: you can choose the body colour your prefer and then select the interior that can be matched with that colour; on this page you can also choose the wheels you want on your new Fiat.

After choosing your colours, the Build your Fiat option lets you add options to the version you've chosen for your model: you will find the range of available options and the price of each additional piece of equipment.

No. While the Fiat site helps guide you in buying your car directly from home, 24 hours a day, the actual purchase does not take place on-line but in the traditional way, directly from the Dealer.

The Dealer will send you an e-mail about the car requested, but you are obviously free to buy any car you want at the Dealer.

Absolutely not. Entering your details simply allows the dealer to contact you. Choosing a car and sending the request for more information are simply expressions of interest.

Where can I find information about getting financing to buy the car?
|
You can find financing information in the Services section, which you can reach from the site's main browsing menu.
In addition, once you have finished personalising your Fiat, you can choose to Calculate a financing plan. This will take you to a special financing section, where you can choose one of the financial products available, such as Standard Formula and Leasing, or one of the financial promotions currently available.
On this page you can choose a financial product or a financing promotion and, if you want, you can use the financing calculator to calculate the buying conditions most suited to your needs.
You can also decide to choose a financing product or promotion without personalising the buying conditions. In either case, the information will be taken into account and will appear in the quote given for your car.

Is registration to the Fiat site and the online services in the E-Garage section free?
|
Absolutely free. Registration to the Fiat.it site and the E-Garage section is completely free. All online Fiat services are free.
Please not however, that if you decide to book a repair for your car, booking on the Fiat site is free, but any work carried out by the Dealer or Workshop must be paid for.
