Why does my computer report Java errors?
Java Script errors often occur when you go to the site www.fiat.co.za from another site.
The best solution is therefore to go directly to the Fiat site by typing the site address, http://www.fiat.co.za, directly into the browser (Netscape, Internet Explorer, etc.)

What are "cookies"? Do they affect my privacy?
"Cookies" are the information a web site transfers to the hard disk of your computer to store data, plus your most frequently visited sites, and the addresses you use. "Cookies" help us to optimise the service we offer you. They do not violate your privacy as they are anonymous. "Cookies" are used by the majority of web sites to provide a more personalised service to their customers. Browsers are normally set up to accept "cookies", but if you prefer you can refuse this function. However, if you choose this option, you will no longer be able to receive all the benefits the service provides, and other fiat.it services may not work.

Why can't I print video images?
Video images are not designed for printing. If you try to print them, the "frame" will become blank and nothing will happen.

Why are printed pages incomplete?

I use Netscape 6.0. Why do I have problems viewing the pages when I browse the Fiat site?
Netscape 6.0 is not suitable for viewing the fiat.co.za site. The only solution is to use another browser, such as Explorer or any version of Netscape from 7.0 on.

Which browsers can I use to view the Fiat site?
We recommend Internet Explorer 5.5, Netscape Navigator 7.0 or later versions of both.

What screen resolution should I use to view the Fiat site correctly?
To view the Fiat site at its best, your monitor should be set to 1024x768 pixels.
If your computer video can support higher resolutions, the Fiat site will accept them; however the ideal resolution remains 1024x768 pixel.
Remember also that the colours seen in photos of the cars (particularly photos of the body and interior) shown on the Fiat site may appear slightly different on your monitor.
