No commercial obligation between the parties
The Fiat site will help you to identify the car you want and to get in contact with a Dealer from those belonging to the Fiat Auto Sales Network that are affiliated to the Fiat site, but this does not generate any commercial relationship, nor does it lead to any mutual obligation between the you and the Dealer.

 

Ask for confirmation of technical data at your Dealer
The Fiat site is packed with data, images and indispensable information to guide you in buying your new Fiat.
This data is kept constantly up-to-date, but may however be subject to variations for specific market or legal reasons. Fiat may make changes to the models described in this site at any time for technical or commercial reasons.

 

Ask for confirmation of the price at your Dealer
Prices shown are "key in hand" list prices, inclusive of VAT, transport costs, registration and recording in the Public Automobile Records, but net of Provincial Vehicle Registration Tax, which is charged separately.
Dealers mentioned on the Fiat site are at your complete disposal for up-to-date information, and to help you to correctly evaluate your purchase.

 

Fuel consumption, colours
Fuel consumption figures quoted on the Fiat site refer to urban and extra-urban cycles.
The colours in photographs viewed on your computer monitor may differ slightly from reality.
We would therefore invite you to pay a visit to one of our Dealers to see first-hand the colour range for our cars.

 

We protect your privacy
Fiat protects your privacy in two ways. Under our internal privacy regulations, your data will only be divulged to authorised Fiat Auto retailers, to enable them to contact you as soon as possible.
In addition, in compliance with article 13 of law 675/96 dealing with the "Protection of personal data", we inform you that any information you give to the Fiat site will only be used for commercial and marketing purposes with your express consent.
